Job summary

BD SELECT in Dubai is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for 100% remote work. You will drive proactive sourcing, partner with hiring managers, and manage seamless candidate journeys to deliver quality hires quickly.

You will build pipelines across job boards, social networks, and niche communities, using ATS and data tools to measure success and optimize time-to-fill. Strong communicator with HR systems experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years recruitment experience; agency background preferred.
• Deep experience with ATS platforms and candidate sourcing tools.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholder management skills.
• Strong candidate assessment for role and culture fit.
• Strong organizational skills managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, niche communities and referrals to build pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers on plans, market intelligence and salary positioning.
• Create a compelling candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Use ATS and data tools to track pipelines, report metrics and improve processes.
• Lead outreach campaigns and test new channels to reduce cost-per-hire and time-to-fill.
