Job summary

Remote DXB in Sharjah is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for construction and engineering roles. You will source candidates, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate onboarding with hiring managers.

The role requires UAE experience in construction, strong English, Arabic-speaking, and willingness to commute to Sharjah. You will build talent pipelines and run recruitment campaigns to meet ongoing hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years UAE recruitment experience in construction industry.
• Male Arabic speaker.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and recruitment best practices.
• Experience hiring technical/engineering roles (Site Engineers, Project Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, HSE Officers, Draftsmen, Foremen, Project Coordinators).
• Willingness to commute to Sharjah.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction and engineering positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, and manage recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and recruitment reporting.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
