Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy in Dubai is seeking Recruiters of all levels to join our leading headhunting team. Remote and/or Dubai-based roles offer diverse exposure across industries and a fast-paced environment.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently. Freshers welcome; Arabic is a plus, English fluency required, with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Freshers and junior recruiters welcome to apply.
• For mid-to-senior recruiters, minimum 3 years in recruitment, ideally in Dubai/UAE.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from posting to offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hires.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into roles.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
