Job summary

Client of Nexus People is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dubai to own the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of client mandates. The role requires delivering shortlists promptly while sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and headhunting.

You will screen and interview for technical fit, motivation and cultural alignment, present profiles to clients, and coordinate interview schedules and offers.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience in Dubai/UAE
• Experience managing multiple live roles and delivering shortlists under tight deadlines
• Strong sourcing skills via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and headhunting

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple live mandates across industries and seniority levels
• Conduct briefing calls with clients to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting and internal database
• Screen and interview candidates for technical fit, motivation and cultural alignment
• Prepare and present candidate profiles, CV summaries and shortlists to clients
• Coordinate interview scheduling, client feedback and offer negotiations
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the ATS/CRM
