Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a recruitment coordinator to support the UAE-based hiring process across internal and external platforms. You will publish vacancies, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain the ATS to ensure a smooth candidate journey.

You will work with hiring managers, prepare onboarding materials, and help run recruitment events. The successful candidate has 1–3 years of experience, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR or administration.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Publish job vacancies on internal and external recruitment platforms.
• Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct initial candidate shortlisting.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare and coordinate onboarding documentation for successful candidates.
• Manage communication with UAE National candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support recruitment initiatives such as job fairs and employer branding events.
• Update and maintain the interview tracker on a daily basis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
