You will lead candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, data reporting, and employer branding will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to negotiate recruitment discussions professionally.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment technologies (ATS, sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and digital scheduling tools.
• Comfortable working with recruitment data and KPIs to monitor hiring performance.
• Good understanding of interviewing methods and candidate assessment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and agencies.
• Screen resumes, review applications, and conduct initial assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and evaluations with hiring managers.
