Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
• 4-year degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of hardware and software terminology.
• Strong interpersonal and creative writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
• Self-motivated professional.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruiting processes for Oil and Gas, IT, tech, Admin, product, and design positions.
• Plan and implement sourcing strategies including headhunting to attract top candidates.
• Establish a steady pipeline of global candidates to meet changing demands.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior management to tailor sourcing strategies.
• Use data analytics to influence business decisions and measure recruiting strategies.
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience through relationship building.
• Utilize social media as a sourcing and attraction platform.
• Optimize recruitment processes and organize industry events.
