Qualifications

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring processes.
• Ability to assess role fit across functions and levels.
• Experience in employer branding and candidate experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with managers, clients, and candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple requisitions.
• Experience in agency or in-house recruitment across multi-industry markets (beneficial).
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC labor market practices and ATS usage.
