Job summary

ManpowerGroup Middle East is supporting a leading Construction & Building Maintenance Services in Dubai with an experienced HR Officer - Recruitment. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding in this dynamic market.

The role requires 5–7 years in recruitment, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with ATS/HR systems to deliver cost-effective hiring aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR recruitment operations.
• Experience using ATS and HR systems with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to create recruitment plans and meet workforce needs.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates across channels to build pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and evaluations to support hiring decisions.
• Oversee pre-employment checks and onboarding per company policy.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies to optimize sourcing and costs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor metrics and budgets to drive process improvements.
