Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Specialist in Recruitment & Workforce to lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify workforce needs and attract suitable talent across functions.

The role requires strong Arabic and English communication, and a track record of managing multiple vacancies with strategic sourcing. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and entails overseeing recruitment KPIs and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Strong practical experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning.
• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies across different levels and functions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interviewing skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from manpower request to onboarding and appointment.
• Develop, monitor and follow up on annual recruitment plan aligned with workforce priorities.
• Support workforce planning activities and assess current and future manpower requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments and selection.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare vacancies, time-to-fill and progress reports.
• Coordinate with agencies and sourcing channels; build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and workforce planning policies.

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and work closely with internal stakeholders to identify workforce requirements and attract suitable talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from manpower request through to onboarding and appointment.
• Develop, monitor, and follow up on the annual recruitment plan in line with approved workforce priorities.
• Support workforce planning activities and assess current and future manpower requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare reports on vacancies, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and recruitment progress.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and other sourcing channels and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and workforce planning policies, processes, and practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong practical experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning.
• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies across different levels and functions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interviewing skills.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and prepare reports.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred.
