Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Officer - Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment operations, source candidates, screen interviews, and ensure timely hiring while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires UAE Labour Law knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and experience with recruitment platforms; you will manage onboarding, MOHRE targets, and internal transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and professional networking channels.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment operations and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.
• Source candidates through various recruitment portals.
• Advertise vacancies on external platforms such as LinkedIn and Bayt.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
• Conduct reference checks and other pre-employment activities.
• Manage sourcing and interviews for assigned positions.
• Participate actively in candidate assessments and provide detailed evaluations against job requirements.
• Support Emiratization initiatives and ensure MOHRE targets are achieved.
• Ensure salary and CTC calculations align with Korn Ferry guidelines.
• Prepare and issue offer letters.
• Prepare new starter checklists and coordinate with line managers before joining.
• Create new joiner e-files and hand over to payroll prior to employee commencement.
• Conduct employee orientation and induction sessions.
• Coordinate with the visa processing team to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate with payroll regarding internal transfers and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and UAE Labour Law.
• Provide weekly recruitment reports to business unit heads.
• Develop talent acquisition practices that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in weekly meetings and provide recruitment updates.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and career events.
• Coordinate with universities and educational institutions for internship programs.
• Manage internship programs end-to-end.
• Support annual job description review exercises.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.
