Confidential in Abu Dhabi seeks a motivated Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations Analyst to support recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes within a government entity. The role welcomes UAE Nationals, including fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience, offering a path to grow in human resources.

You will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, assist in employee relations initiatives, and prepare HR reports while ensuring data accuracy across HR systems.

Qualificações

• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience encouraged.
