We are supporting a government entity in the UAE in the appointment of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment activities across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing HR function, playing a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. The role will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality recruitment processes in line with organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure role clarity and alignment with business needs
• Manage job postings across relevant platforms and sourcing channels
• Screen applications, review CVs, and shortlist candidates against defined criteria
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Support the preparation and extension of job offers, including salary and benefits discussions within approved guidelines
• Manage onboarding processes in coordination with HR and business teams to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in line with internal policies, governance standards, and best practices

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a structured or high-volume environment
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
• Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment systems
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within the public sector or government environment is an advantage
