We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab this role you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying talent needs to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will be organized analytical and committed to building a strong talent pipeline that supports our organizations growth and success.

• Source screen and interview candidates using various recruitment channels and methods to identify qualified talent
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and customize recruitment strategies based on specific role requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment progress
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights on hiring trends time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to optimize recruitment processes
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and support diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Conduct background checks and verify candidate qualifications and references
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recommendations on recruitment timelines and candidate profiles
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
• Participate in employer branding activities and attend job fairs or recruitment events to promote the organization
• Prepare recruitment reports and documentation for HR records and management review

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in recruitment talent acquisition or human resources (minimum 2-3 years)
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices employment laws and regulations in the UAE
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR tools
• Ability to customize recruitment approaches for different roles and departments
• Knowledge of social media platforms for candidate sourcing and employer branding
• Familiarity with the UAE job market and recruitment landscape
• Multilingual capabilities (Arabic and English preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative HR team
