Job summary

SERH Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment strategy, workforce planning and hiring delivery across the organisation. You will partner with line managers to set priorities and build strong talent pipelines.

The role focuses on Emiratisation initiatives, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring timely, compliant recruitment processes while improving candidate experience and recruitment KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing recruitment delivery and multiple vacancies.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and the UAE employment market.
• Experience supporting Emiratisation initiatives is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
