Qualifikationen

• UAE National (Family Book) is required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience encouraged.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Assist in maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
• Support employee relations initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in handling HR inquiries and employee requests.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on recruitment and employee-related matters.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and administrative documentation.
