Job summary

Jeebly is seeking an experienced Q-Commerce Supervisor to oversee darkstore/MFC operations, manage pickers, packers, riders, and staff, and ensure orders are fulfilled within targets. The role requires strong leadership and a track record in fast-paced environments.

You will monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate replenishments, and maintain SOPs for picking, packing, storage, and quality control. This position offers shift flexibility and collaboration with Q-Commerce ops team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Q-Commerce / Darkstore / MFC operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily darkstore operations ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient order processing.
• Supervise pickers, packers, riders, and store staff to maintain high productivity levels.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, and coordinate timely replenishments.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs for picking, packing, storage, and quality control.
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled within TAT and meet Jeebly’s service standards.
• Manage shift planning, staff allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Work closely with the Q-Commerce operations team to improve operational flow.
• Handle escalations related to orders, inventory, and rider coordination.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety standards within the darkstore.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management review.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily darkstore operations ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient order processing.

Previous experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in basic MS Excel and operational tools.

Flexible to work in shifts as per business requirements.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with leading q-commerce brands or darkstore chains.

Problem-solving and decision-making capability.

Knowledge of last-mile delivery operations.
