Job summary

Jeebly is seeking a dynamic Team Leader – Q-Commerce to oversee dark store operations, ensure accurate inventory, and drive rapid order processing across the last‑mile network. You will lead a team of pickers and dispatch staff, monitor KPIs such as order accuracy and delivery timelines, handle escalations, and collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to meet SLAs.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in logistics and 2–5 years in Q-commerce or warehouse ops, with hands‑on leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Q-commerce / e-commerce / warehouse operations.
• Mandatory experience in dark store operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and WMS.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily dark store operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead and motivate a team of pickers, packers, and dispatch staff to meet operational KPIs.
• Ensure fast order turnaround time in line with Q-commerce SLAs.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and minimize shrinkage.
• Ensure proper stock arrangement, FIFO/FEFO practices, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and last-mile delivery teams for smooth operations.
• Track and improve key metrics such as order accuracy, picking speed, and delivery timelines.
• Handle escalations, customer complaints, and operational issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share insights with management.
• Train and onboard new team members.
