Role Context This position manages the daily flow of e-commerce orders from release through picking, marshalling, packing and dispatch. The Fulfillment Manager will coordinate dark stores, retail locations, drivers and third-party logistics providers to ensure that customers receive complete orders on time and in suitable condition. Decisions concerning labor, vehicles, inventory and process controls directly influence customer satisfaction, productivity and fulfillment cost.
Applicants should hold a bachelor 's degree in e-commerce, business administration, supply chain or a related discipline. The required background includes five to seven years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, logistics or last-mile delivery operations. Candidates should have successfully managed fulfillment teams and external logistics providers. Experience with grocery e-commerce, dark stores, perishable inventory or temperature-controlled delivery will be particularly relevant. The role requires a manager who can analyze performance, organize resources and make timely operational decisions under pressure.
