Job summary

RNA Resources Group Limited in Dubai is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage store operations across shifts, ensuring timely order picking, packing, and dispatch within SLAs while maintaining strict inventory accuracy.

You will optimize workflows, train staff on SOPs and safety, handle escalations, ensure compliance with SOPs and food safety where applicable, and produce regular operational reports to drive productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operation of allotted shift and ensure timely order picking, packing and dispatch within defined SLAs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy at bin level or item level.
• Optimize workflow to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper training on SOPs and safety procedures.
• Handle escalations effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace (5S).
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards where applicable.
• Implement productivity improvement projects.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
