Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, supervise store associates, and coordinate order fulfillment to meet Quick Commerce SLAs.

You will ensure accurate picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control in the WMS/ERP system, guide the team, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Last-Mile teams to keep operations efficient and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Quick Commerce, warehouse, retail, dark store, or fulfillment operations.
• Previous experience in a team coordination or supervisory role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of WMS/ERP, inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good problem-solving and team-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Allocate tasks to warehouse/store associates based on workload and operational priorities.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch accurately and within defined SLAs.
• Monitor team productivity, order accuracy, fulfillment time, and on-time dispatch during the shift.
• Ensure inventory is properly stored, handled, and updated in the WMS/ERP system.
• Conduct regular stock checks and support cycle counts to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock availability and report shortages, damages, expiries, and other inventory issues to the concerned team.
• Ensure team members follow SOPs, safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
• Guide, train, and support warehouse/store staff on daily processes and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Last-Mile teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Monitor the readiness of orders and coordinate timely handover to the Last-Mile team/riders.
• Escalate operational issues, system errors, stock discrepancies, and service delays to the Supervisor/Specialist.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the warehouse/dark store remains organized and operationally ready.
• Support daily operational reports, shift handovers, audits, and other administrative requirements.
• Identify recurring operational issues and suggest practical improvements to the Supervisor/Specialist.
