Job summary

Deliveroo in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of high-volume restaurant partners, nurturing relationships and driving growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in a related industry, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; fluency in English, with Arabic a plus; a supportive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized with excellent team-player qualities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Agile and highly adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo’s most important restaurants, including high-sales volume drivers and global restaurant brands.
• Own relationships with key restaurant industry stakeholders.
• Analyze data to drive growth and profitability for partners and Deliveroo.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to drive new initiatives.
