Job summary

Deliveroo in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Manager to sign up and onboard the city’s best restaurants and chains.

You’ll prospect, pitch, close deals, and manage your own pipeline while supporting the wider commercial team on ad-hoc projects like field pitch days and restaurant marketing roll-outs.

Fluency in English is essential, with Hindi or Arabic as a plus, and experience in UAE’s restaurant landscape is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in prospecting, pitching and closing deals.
• Demonstrable ability to structure win-win deals for partners and for Deliveroo.
• Fluency in English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Restaurant acquisition: prospect, pitch, and close new restaurants in the territory (mostly inside sales).
• Oversee your pipeline: manage a portfolio of leads and ensure strong conversion rates.
• Oversee partner onboarding to keep it quick and seamless.
• Support the wider commercial team on ad-hoc projects (field pitch days, restaurant marketing roll-outs, cross-functional projects).
