Deliveroo UAE is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-volume restaurant partners. You will own relationships with key industry stakeholders and collaborate with marketing and operations to drive growth and profitability.

You will analyze data-driven insights to optimize performance, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure exceptional partner service. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred in a fast-paced, dynamic city environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and relationship-building abilities
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo’s most important restaurants, including high-sales volume drivers and global restaurant brands
• Own relationships with key restaurant industry stakeholders
• Analyze data to drive growth and profitability, both for partners and Deliveroo
• Work cross-functionally with other departments (Marketing, Operations) to drive new initiatives
