Job summary

Deliveroo is expanding its UAE market and seeking an Account Manager to nurture top Retail/Non-food partners. You will onboard, maintain, and grow partnerships, serving as the day-to-day liaison with Deliveroo and translating partner needs to internal teams.

You’ll help new partners launch and existing partners grow on the platform with a strong value proposition. The role emphasizes relationship building, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive mutual growth in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in an account management, business development/new business, or commercial role.
• Experience in working within the Retail and/or Pharmacy industry is required.
• Experienced negotiator with the ability to drive mutual value for both partners and Deliveroo.
• Partner obsessed, with effective relationship building, organisation, and communication skills.
• Confident working with and analysing data to identify growth opportunities and make actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship of our top Retail/Non-food partners, becoming the expert in this space as we scale.
• Drive partner performance by owning your portfolio’s growth through reporting, meetings, analysis and improvement projects.
• Manage marketing and promotional planning for Retail/Non-Food partners as they scale on the platform.
• Ensure an attractive value proposition for customers, including selection, promotions, pricing, and service levels.
• Work with compliance, legal, and operations to ensure best practices.
• Own the execution of site roll-outs as we scale the proposition and map gaps for partner expansion.
• Represent Deliveroo across your partner’s organisation and align internal stakeholders.
