Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid market restaurant partners, acting as their main point of contact at Deliveroo.
• Build strong relationships with partners and run regular performance and business reviews.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities to increase order volume and partner performance.
• Monitor operational metrics and support partners in improving service quality.
• Drive adoption of Deliveroo marketing tools, promotions, and campaigns; support partner onboarding and expansion onto the Deliveroo platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive partner success.
