Job summary

Black & Grey HR partners with a leading UAE-based manufacturer to recruit an experienced Head of Sales in Abu Dhabi. The role will lead the sales function, drive project-led revenue growth, and strengthen relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors across the UAE and GCC.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project sales within building materials, a relevant degree, and a proven ability to secure large-scale opportunities and manage complex sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in building materials or construction.
• Proven record in project-led, multi-million AED sales.
• Strong network with UAE architects, consultants, developers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the UAE and GCC.
• Lead, manage, and develop the sales team with clear targets and KPIs.
• Build and strengthen relationships with architects, consultants, developers and contractors.
• Drive specification-led sales by engaging early design and project planning stages.
• Identify and secure major project opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
• Monitor market trends, pipeline and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
