Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, civil engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of outdoor B2B sales in UAE construction.
• Established network among procurement managers, plant owners, estimators in UAE Ready-Mix and construction sectors.
• Knowledge of aggregate sizes, sand specs, and concrete mix designs.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• English fluent; Arabic or Hindi an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure high-volume supply contracts with Ready-Mix plants, asphalt plants, and major projects.
• Partner with procurement heads and plant managers to meet material specs.
• Assess creditworthiness and establish secure terms; ensure timely payments.
• Register vendor presence on approved lists for infrastructure projects across UAE.
• Coordinate with weighbridge clerks and transport teams to align dispatches.
• Monitor market pricing and provide weekly strategic insights to GM.
