Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Sales Executive (Concrete Products) to drive growth across UAE construction and infrastructure sectors. The role involves developing new business, managing relationships with plants and projects, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of concrete products nationwide.

You will identify contracts, negotiate terms, and coordinate logistics while leveraging an established UAE network. A driving license and fluency in English are essential, with Arabic or Hindi a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, civil engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years outdoor B2B sales experience in the UAE construction sector.
• Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle.
• English fluency; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and secure high-volume supply contracts with Ready-Mix plants, asphalt plants, and major projects.
• Consult with procurement heads, plant managers, and QC teams to meet material specs and grading requirements.
• Assess financial credibility of new accounts and establish secure credit terms with on-time payments.
• Register FNQ in approved vendor lists for infrastructure, roadwork, and mega-construction projects across the UAE.
• Coordinate with weighbridge clerks and transport coordinators for daily dispatch alignment.
• Track regional pricing and market dynamics to provide weekly insights to the General Manager.]
