Job summary

Client of Brunel is seeking an experienced Business Development professional in the UAE construction sector. You will drive outdoor B2B sales, secure high-volume contracts, and partner with procurement and project teams to meet specifications.

You will manage vendor registrations, assess credit terms, and track market dynamics to support strategic planning. A valid UAE driving license is required for field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven outdoor B2B sales experience in the UAE construction sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM abilities.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and secure high-volume supply contracts with Ready-Mix plants, asphalt plants and heavy infrastructure projects.
• Partner with procurement heads, plant managers and quality control teams to meet material specifications and grading requirements.
• Assess financial credibility of new commercial accounts, establish secure credit terms and aim for 100% on-time payment collection.
• Register FNQ in approved vendor lists for major infrastructure roadwork and mega-construction projects across the UAE.
• Collaborate with weighbridge clerks and transport coordinators to align daily vehicle dispatches with client schedules.
• Track regional competitor pricing and market dynamics to provide weekly strategic insights to the General Manager.
• Visit main contractors, subcontractors and consultants to secure product approvals and prequalification.
• Develop strategic sales plans, manage RFPs/RFQs and achieve short- and long-term sales goals.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and weekly/monthly status reports to senior management.
