Job summary

Ethos, a leading expert network, seeks experienced commercial strategy managers to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own territory and quota design, develop pipeline forecasts for leadership reviews, and craft battlecards and incentive structures.

Remote work with 5–20 hours weekly is possible. Applicants should have 5+ years in sales strategy, GTM planning, or revenue leadership and demonstrate expert document, spreadsheet, and slide

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership with direct ownership of territory and quota design and pipeline forecast decks.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology, sales battlecard development, and building compensation plan and incentive structure proposals.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Design territory and quota models and develop pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews.
• Develop and refine sales battlecards and objection-handling guides.
• Prepare go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products.
• Conduct win/loss analyses and propose compensation plans and incentive structures.
