Job summary

Ethos, a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team, seeks experienced GTM strategists to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Earn $100/hour with flexible 5–20 hour weekly commitment in a fully remote role.

We value experts with 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership who can own territory design and pipeline decks, while crafting precise documents and compelling presentations for executive reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership with ownership of territory and quota design and pipeline forecast decks.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology, sales battlecard development, and building compensation plan and incentive structure proposals.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows including territory & quota design models.
• Develop and evaluate pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews and compensation plans.
• Lead go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products and prepare win/loss analyses.
