Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced sales operations strategists to train AI models on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide tasks. You will own territory and quota design, forecast decks, and go-to-market plans for new segments or products, delivering high-quality written materials and compelling visuals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership with ownership of territory and quota design.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology and sales battlecard development.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and presentation craftsmanship with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop and improve territory/quota design models, battlecards, and compensation structures.
