Job summary

Ethos, a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team, seeks gtm operations managers to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

We offer fully remote, flexible schedules between 5 and 20 hours per week with compensation at $100/hour. Start date ASAP; experience in revenue/CRM operations and detailed, high-quality output are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue or CRM operations with ownership of field-mapping, lead-routing, and deduplication.
• Auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel dashboards for sales and marketing leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Define and audit CRM field-mapping schemas and lead-routing logic.
• Develop funnel dashboards and deduplication rulesets for sales and marketing.
• Ensure high quality outputs are delivered to stakeholders.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced gtm operations managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for gtm operations managers with 5+ years in revenue operations, GTM operations, or CRM data operations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: crm field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel conversion dashboards, and deduplication rulesets.

Compensation:

$100/hour

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
