Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, and audit pipeline hygiene.

This is a fully remote, flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in revenue or CRM operations and can produce high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slides, with strong written communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets
• Auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards relied upon by sales/marketing leadership
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail
