Job summary

Ethos is seeking seasoned heads of revenue operations to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, auditing pipeline hygiene and building dashboards for sales and marketing leadership.

This is a fully remote, flexible role with ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in revenue/CRM operations, strong documentation skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations, with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards that sales and marketing leadership rely on.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
