This remote role targets experienced sales strategy managers who can train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, crafting territory/quota models, battlecards, and incentive plans for GTM initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership with ownership of territory and quota design.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology, sales battlecard development, and building compensation plan and incentive structure proposals.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Design territory and quota models, sales battlecards, and pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews.
• Develop go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products; prepare win/loss analyses and incentive structures.
