Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB is seeking a sales-focused professional in Dubai to lead new-to-bank acquisition and deepen relationships with existing clients. The role emphasizes achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, strict adherence to KYC and bank processes, and active participation in training and development programs.

You will analyze customer information post-field visits, maintain sales reports, and explore cross-selling opportunities across FAB products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Industry.
• MBA/PGDM or Sales diploma or certification preferable.
• Education: University Degree.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales target objectives.
• Penetrate market with New To Bank acquisition and existing clientele.
• Analyze customer cases and provide information after field visits.
• Adhere to KYC and Compliance policies and processes.
• Maintain and leverage cross-sell opportunities to boost revenue per customer.
• Participate in People Development and Learning & Development programmes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and other divisions.
