First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in the UAE seeks an experienced corporate banking professional to manage an assigned portfolio, originate opportunities, and develop term sheets and information memorandums. You will conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities and risks, pitch and close deals, and ensure credit quality while meeting performance targets.

In this role, you will also manage KYC/compliance and explore cross-selling opportunities to deepen client engagement, supporting FAB's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
8-10 years of experience in corporate banking coverage.
Proficiency in banking software systems and data analysis.
Strong credit analysis and FOREX skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities.

Responsabilités

Manage client relationships for an assigned portfolio in the corporate banking segment.
Originate new business opportunities and develop term sheets and information memorandums.
Conduct financial analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks.
Pitch, review, negotiate, and conclude deals.
Maintain credit quality and achieve financial performance targets.
Manage KYC and compliance requirements in line with bank policies.
Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities to increase client engagement.
