First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to achieve set revenue targets across all products. You will focus on new-to-bank acquisition and cross-selling to existing clients, while ensuring compliant onboarding and a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Requires good convincing and negotiating skills according to the complexity of business.
• Continuous suggestions on changes and ways of improving FAB products.
• To build and maintain effective business relationships with all colleagues.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other FAB divisions.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales target objectives.
• Ensure market penetration focusing on new to bank acquisition and existing clientele.
• Analyze cases and provide customer information after field visits.
• Familiarize with all policies, products and processes for superior onboarding.
• Participate in Learning, Development and training programmes to be an effective sales professional.
• Adhere to KYC, Compliance policies and other processes.
• Achieve monthly and annual KPI objectives.
• Leverage cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue per customer.
• Maintain Daily Sales Reports for review by leadership.
• Ensure no mis selling, provide transparent product/service guidance.
• Understand and resolve customer redresses for timely resolution.
• Participate in training and development programmes.
• Monitor competition offerings and provide feedback to improve products/processes.
• Adhere to Risk Control Assessment across Business Banking activities.
• Ensure proper application & KYC documentation.
• Support quality customer onboarding and acquisition efforts.
