First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Dubai is seeking a results-driven sales professional to meet monthly and annual targets in the banking sector. You will acquire new-to-bank clients, analyze cases after field visits, and maintain daily sales reports for leadership review.

Adherence to KYC and risk controls is essential, with ongoing participation in development programs. Preferred qualifications include an MBA, PGDM or sales diploma/certification, and 3-5 years of experience in banking.

Formación

• University degree is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial industry.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build effective business relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales target objectives.
• Acquire new-to-bank clients and solicit existing clientele.
• Analyse cases and provide customer information after field visits.
• Maintain daily sales reports for team leader and manager review.
• Adhere to risk control assessment, KYC and compliance processes.
• Participate in assigned learning and development programmes.
