Job summary

du, a UAE telecommunications and digital services company, is seeking a Specialist Performance and Order Management in Dubai. The role focuses on optimizing the Work Order Management System, ensuring robust procurement workflows, governance, and support for project delivery across telecom/IT projects.

The candidate will drive system development, manage PRs/POs, coordinate with procurement, finance and vendors, and ensure accurate project records while aligning with budgets and governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of telecom/IT industry experience.
• Experience with ERP and project management systems (Oracle, Jira, SharePoint).
• Procurement and financial governance experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office
• SharePoint skills (basic to advanced)
• Power BI skills (basic to advanced)

Responsibilities

• Drive development and optimization of the Work Order Management System to boost efficiency.
• Deliver integration and reporting capabilities enabling supplier management and workflow automation.
• Validate PRs from project teams and vendors against budgets and governance.
• Create and process POs based on approved BOQs and workflows.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Project Delivery and vendors for timely orders.
• Review PACs and BOQs to support accurate GSRN processing.
• Manage material Move Orders and coordinate warehousing for projects.
• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets, flagging variances and risks.
• Ensure procurement procedures and governance standards are followed with accurate records.
• Provide end-to-end support on PR, PO, GSRN and procurement issues.
