IMEA United Arab Emirates LE_0165-Grome Marketing (Cyprus) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Order Management Specialist in Dubai to manage end-to-end order processes, ensuring precise entry in SAP, timely delivery coordination, and proactive customer communication.

The role requires 5–7 years in Order Management or related fields, strong English (Arabic a plus), and experience with SAP within a multinational setting. MBA is a plus; UAE-based candidates preferred.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is considered a plus.
Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage for customer-facing responsibilities in KSA/GLP.

Mansioni

Receive, validate, prepare, and issue customer quotations in line with established pricing, policies, and approval procedures.
Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely order entry in SAP, including validation of POs, pricing, quantities, and terms.
Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle from quotation to delivery, invoicing and closure.
Monitor order availability, backorders, and delivery dates; coordinate with plants, warehouses, Demand Planning, Logistics and other stakeholders.
Review order status, identify risks, and communicate alternatives and solutions to customers and Sales.
Coordinate order releases and delivery notes, ensuring credit terms and other conditions are fulfilled.
Monitor deliveries and resolve delivery, invoicing or credit-related blocks with Distribution Centers, Logistics, and Finance.
Ensure complex and project orders are reviewed for technical and commercial accuracy until completion.
Maintain continuous communication with customers and Sales teams as the main point of contact for order status and requirements.
Monitor open orders and ageing/backorder status; follow up with customers.
Support monthly sales closing by monitoring order releases, deliveries, invoicing status and risks.
Prepare and maintain regular reporting on order intake, open orders, deliveries, invoicing, backorders and KPIs.
Support Demand Planning with market intelligence, customer requirements and demand trends.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on import regulations, product certifications and compliance impacting fulfillment.
Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate execution, proactive communication, ownership and timely issue resolution.
