Job summary

du is seeking a Team Leader for Order Management and Support in Dubai to oversee the end-to-end order processing, from PRs to POs and GSRN. You will coordinate with Procurement, Finance and vendors to ensure timely execution and governance compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in telecom/IT, with ERP tools experience (Oracle/Jira/SharePoint) and strong budgeting, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in telecom/IT sector.
• Experience with ERP & project management tools (Oracle, Jira, SharePoint).
• Procurement & financial governance experience.
• Advanced MS Office and SharePoint capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order management across PRs, POs, and related approvals.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance and vendors for timely order processing.
• Review PACs and BOQs to support accurate GSRN processing.
• Manage Move Order requests and material supply from warehouses.
• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets against monthly and annual targets.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and governance standards.
• Provide end-to-end support and issue resolution for teams and vendors.
