Job summary

du is seeking an Analyst Order Management and Support in Dubai to manage and validate PRs, facilitate PO creation, and coordinate between procurement, finance, and project delivery teams for uninterrupted project execution.

Qualified candidates will have 5-7 years of telecom/IT experience, familiarity with Oracle/Jira/SharePoint, and strong budgeting and analytical skills to monitor CAPEX/OPEX against targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in telecom/IT procurement and governance is desirable.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and validate Purchase Requests (PRs) from project teams and vendors, ensuring compliance with project requirements, budgets and governance.
• Facilitate creation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs) based on BOQs and approval workflows.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Project Delivery teams to ensure timely order processing.
• Review PACs and BOQs to support accurate GSRN processing.
• Manage Move Order requests and coordinate material supply from warehouses for project delivery.
• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budget realization against targets, flagging variances and risks.
• Ensure adherence to procurement procedures and governance standards while maintaining project records.
• Provide end-to-end support and issue resolution for PR/PO/GSRN and procurement matters.
