Job summary

talabat, part of Delivery Hero, seeks an Account Manager in Dubai to manage restaurant and vendor partners on our platform. You’ll be the main contact, helping optimize presence, grow sales, and ensure partner satisfaction.

You’ll analyze data to optimize menu performance, pricing, and promotions, and collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to drive growth across the partner portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success.
• Strong analytical skills with data dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Provide insights to support business growth and improve revenue on the platform.
• Identify and execute opportunities for upsell and cross-promotion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to resolve partner needs.
• Onboard accounts and ensure successful campaign execution and issue resolution.
