• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Account Support: Manage a portfolio of partner accounts as the main contact for growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance data to identify trends and risks.
• Growth Initiatives: Plan and execute menu optimization, promotions, upselling, and ops improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations and product teams to roll out growth plans.
• Insights & Reporting: Prepare regular reports and share insights with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Partner Communication: Maintain strong relationships with partners and provide proactive support.
