Job summary

Accor in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Events Sales professional to drive meetings, conferences and banquets in its Dubai properties. You will plan, propose and close events while coordinating with banquet, F&B and guest services to ensure superior client outcomes.

The role requires strong negotiation, relationship building, and the ability to manage multiple events from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years in Meetings & Events Sales or banquet operations within hospitality.
• Experience in UAE with an international hotel brand preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement all sales activities under guidance to maximise opportunities.
• Plan events, coordinate with banquet operations and guest services.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate from planning to execution.
• Build strong client relationships and drive revenue targets.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain accounts and achieve targets.
