Job summary

AccorHotel in Dubai seeks a Senior Meeting & Events Manager to proactively drive M&E business through new client acquisition, develop existing accounts, and convert opportunities. Focus on external sales, account development, and lead generation to maximize revenue, group room nights and F&B contributions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
• Experience in Meetings & Events within hospitality.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify targets and develop new M&E opportunities for the hotel.
• Develop business from corporate accounts and MICE partners.
• Conduct external sales calls and client entertainment to generate opportunities.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline with clear revenue potential.
• Coordinate with hotel departments during events to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain histories on accounts and coordinate with international sales where applicable.
