• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and events under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business from MICE and Corporate segments, focusing on weddings, social events, and group bookings.
• Identify new opportunities through market research, networking, and sales calls.
• Maintain relationships with clients such as event planners and travel agencies to secure repeat business.
• Coordinate with event planning, operations, culinary, banquet, and service teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Work with marketing to promote packages via channels such as digital marketing and trade shows.
